As an active member of the executive leadership team, the People and Culture Manager will support the strategic, operational and cultural direction of the Richmond Group responsible for ensuring that there is a strong emphasis on growth, productivity, efficiency and service quality.
With a commitment to leadership and strategy, culture and capability, the People and Culture Manager will lead the People and Culture team to provide human resources, learning and development, employee engagement, rostering and scheduling, HR systems and continuous improvement support to the Richmond Group. You will also provide industrial relations advice, engaging with external expertise as required.
With variety and a broad focus, you will enjoy working across the full HR spectrum and bring:
- Experience in leadership and HR strategy
- Proven outcomes across people, culture and organisational capability
- Understanding of the Industrial Relations environment
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, Workers Compensation Act and Workplace Health and Safety Act
